Cross Sell issue( Zen Cart™ Version: v1.3.8)

I have installed Cross sell Zen Cart™ Version: v1.3.8 Author: yellow1912 in ver1.38.The issue is that whenever when i changed the "tpl_product_info_display.php" it shows this error in the page beneath the product,

"1146 Table 'electrop_zc1.zen_products_xsell' doesn't exist
in:
[select distinct p.products_id, p.products_image, pd.products_name from zen_products_xsell xp, zen_products p, zen_products_description pd where xp.products_id = '3' and xp.xsell_id = p.products_id and p.products_id = pd.products_id and pd.language_id = '1' and p.products_status = 1 order by rand() limit 6]"

Please help me out.I dont understant how this happend.Is there any problem in the installation of the module manager?
