Paypal broken after server move

I moved my store to a new server over the weekend and paypal is broken. Everything else works great. Can anyone help me decipher and troubleshoot this? Thanks

BTW, version 1.3.7 fresh installed May 2007 after patches and such and working great all this time.

Sorry, just to confirm—it's Paypal Express that is not working. The one called paypalwpp in admin, which is why I posted in this forum.
