Tag Cloud - Revisited

Has anyone else been working on this idea as of late? The first one has been a dead project for almost 6 -8 months, the second one uses encrypted php and is not open source. I have a little difficulty accepting an encrypted program that I cannot see what's going on with my data and site.
Any one have any other ideas?
