Instant Customer Authorization Access Approval?

Is this possible? I want customers to be instantly approved instead of having to go to customers>customers> click the red square to approve newly registered customers.

Set Admin - Configuration - Customer Details - Customer Approval Status to 0

Does it get any easier? Thanks again I've been put into a web administrator position and I've never used Zen cart before.
