Starting at:

Hello, I'm working on a site and have a few questions,

1. Need to remove the *Starting at:*on the product discription pages. Where do I edit this? 2.Is there any way to not include a base price when using attributes, and have the individual selling prince in the dropdown menu(without the product being added to the base price) Any info would be very helpful.
   Thank You,
   Monica

When creating a product do not enter the price and select "Priced by attributes" and you get what you ask for in your second question.

But you also get the "Starting at" text....if all are not priced by attributes then altering this (eliminating) is a bit more difficult but you can try & see if the easy way would work by using the developers tool kit to find that text in a defines and removing it leaving only the pair of single quotes and this should then display nothing when it is called

You might peek in the Catalog ... Product Types ... and click EDIT LAYOUT then look at the setting for:

Show Starting At text on Price
Display Starting At text on products with attributes Product Info 0= off 1= on
