Canada Post vs letter mail

The Canada Post shipping module seems to be in the ball park calculating for packages but is refusing to recognize when something can go by lettermail. I'm pretty sure lettemail is installed because the rates are listed in the shipping module - Do I somewhere - somehow - have to "turn on" this option. I've defined a "box" to mimic the dimensions of lettermail - could this be messing it up?:

Re: Canada Post vs letter mail

In addition to setting lettemail to true in the canada post module you will have to define a 'box' in your cpc profile which starts with the characters lettermail and which also conforms to cpc's requirements for dimensions (Canadian, US and International).

Re: Canada Post vs letter mail

Hello!
Just the topic that I needed. Please help me

Zen-Cart 1.3.7
I set up my site and my products can be "shipped" by lettermail [until a certain number].

Can you please help me and tell me how can I set up this module? I didn't get to install the module yet because I just found it and now I am waiting for confirmation for my SSL Certificate.

If not.
What can I use to have a flat rate for Canada, one for US and one for International, depending on weight? I am asking because I can send my products by letter at flat rate, but at a certain number, the rate is changing.

DEMO:
CANADA US INTERNATIONAL
<30g max 10pieces - 0.52 - 0.96 - 1.60

30-100g max 20pieces - 0.96 - 1.15 - 2.30
100-200g max 40pieces - 1.92 - 3.20 - 6.40
200-500g max 80pieces - 2.65 - 6.40 -12.80

Is there any posibility to set up my shipping to suit me good?

Thank you and I am waiting like a :frusty: or  with my eye stiked to the monitor.
