how do I make the whole header background image a link?

I may just have a serious case of the stupids, so sorry if this is too easy, but I can't seem to figure out where to tag the background header image as a link back to home. I tried in the stylesheet where I indicated that image for the header, but no go. I know it's possible!

You can't make the background image a link, but you can put a transparent gif over the top that is a link or put your image in the foreground as a link.
