Error message in admin... what does it mean ?!

heres the message:

anyone know how to fix it?

NOTE: this message is just a safety warning for when you have in the admin_activity_log table more than 50,000 records or records older than 60 days ...

As this file can get old, and its purpose is more for what happened this week vs what happened months ago, this helps you remember to clean it up on a timely basis ...

To make the clean up easier, just follow the info stevesh gave you ...
