Super Tax & Surcharge Fee Modules - Beta Testing Requested

My module "Super Tax" a simple replacement order total module for Zencart's tax module, is available for download at http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?main_page=product_contrib_info&cPath=40_48&products_id=1082.

My other module I submitted, also an order totals module, is a surcharge fee module. I made the rules very clear and made terms of service that do not allow users to (licitly) break the law or ToS - or use for Paypal full stop. It is available at http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?main_page=product_contrib_info&cPath=40_48&products_id=1078.

I want to put a proper authorship and link to my site in the readme files in the submissions that are now hosted. Can a moderator do this for me or do I have to resubmit? (Author Peter Anastos at CAD Forte, link to http://www.cadforte.com.au/zencart)

Oh, these are order total modules, not payment modules, the category should better be named "checkout modules"

Just include them in your next update -- you did say this was a request for testing, so it would be logical to expect that you will be submitting an update at some point?

I installed this module.. but it doesn't work. I wanted to try with paypal adding 3,5%. What is the right configuration in admin?
