Can I add multiple items at once. Like a Bulk loader?

I have about 400 product. doing one by one will take forever. They are all the same price and same info execpt the name of it. (service manuals). Is there a way to add all of them at once or at least couple at once?

Not in the way I think you're asking, no.

There is the **Easy Populate **mod, which allows you to input products from a .csv file, but you still have to enter them into the spreadsheet (which, I guess, would be easier than through Admin).

Basically what it does is to import csv or tsv files into the database. You do have to construct the spreadsheet but then it takes so less time than inputting the data in admin product by product.

You would need to setup a new database user to fill into the connection strings.

In a similar vein, I was wondering if there was a copy option for Products? Often that is very handy when fine tuning a stock file...

You can copy products by going to
Admin-> catalog-> Catorgaries/Products

Select a product and on the right hand side you'll see a row of coloured circles with letters in them.
The blue C is copy and you can copy the itme and make changes from there.
