Forget Password Email taking a long 20 minutes to send

Hello All,
My site has an average 100 visitors on whois.
I try to do a forget password emaill and it is taking around 20 minutes for me to receive the New Password email. I have tried several times and the time is always around 20 minutes.
Is it normal?
How to speed it up?
Thanks for any inputs.

Zen Cart sends this instantly and passes it to you host account email application - you should see what they have for an email program and review to where you are sending this

You could do some testing to see if it is a Server-side problem.

Use the Resend Password then immediately send a regular eMail using your Computer. Use your Web site eMail address for sending and Send it to the same address Zen Cart will.

See which one arrives first and how long they both take.
If more than 5 minutes then talk to your Hoster.
