I have translated the web site to French, but the product description is showing junk characters in french translation.
On contacting the tech support, they have put in a query:
In order to change the collation, we should need to know the correct collation that you used for this database.
There are several options though.. like latin1_general_ci, UTF-8, etc.
What will be the best option
