Coupon invalid

I have made a coupon yesterday and it worked for 5 times. I set the coupon for 30 uses for $10 amount. But today some customers said it was not valid. I made new one 3 times and still says not valid.. is it sumthing wrong on the zencart?

HELP please :(

What settings are you using on the Discount Coupon?

What kind of Restrictions, if any, have you set?
