Questions before install: taxes and suppliers

Hi Guys,
We're looking to install Zen Cart, but we have a couple of requirements;

1. Tax must only be charged on clothes for adults. Children's sizes are tax exempt. We would like all sizes on one page though. Is his possible, and if so, how?

2. Orders are sent directly to the embroider, so the easiest way will be to send then a copy of the invoice. However, this invoice can not contain the retail price. How would we send the embroider an invoice without any mention of prices?

Zencart can't do tax by attributes at this time, so your children's sizes would need to be separate products. You can still put them in the same category, so they would display together.

If you mean a copy of the order confirmation, it would have to be the same as the customer receives. If you want to send the embroiderer a copy of the order manually, you could try the packing list instead of invoice. It doesn't have pricing, but I'm not sure if it would include the art I assume you'll be sending.

The embroiderer would only need the clients address, sizes of items in order & item codes. Is there any way to automate this task instead of manually processing it every time an order is placed?

It would require custom coding.

I'm not a programmer, so I don't know how difficult it would be.
