Royal Mail problem with more than 0.2 KG

I am using Royal Mail shipping module.

When my shopping carts weight is more than 02.KG, it gives problem as

Not Available At This Time
Sorry, we are not shipping to your region at this time.
Please contact us for alternate arrangements.

For cart less or equal to 0.2KG it calculates the shipping cost.

Please help if you know the solution.
