Changing the page title on the Products page(s)

Ok, I have had a browse/search around the forum... but couldn't find anything that answered my questions...

The current page title goes like this

Product Name - Price : Site Name - Tag Line

I would like to know how to make the product page title go like this

Product Name - Price : Site Name - Tag Line - Extra bit of title

Reason being is to get some better pageranks in google etc...

I would like the '- Extra bit of title' to be able to appear on every single page on the zen cart based shop.

Any help is much appreceated

Regards
