Help! I got a fatal error

I am VERY new to this - and thought I correctly changed my index.php and english php so the "Congratulations you have successfully installed Zen Cart, and "Powered by Zen Cart" messages were changed to reflect what I had typed in my text editor. I uploaded the files using Filezilla and when I went to the site, it now states this:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function zen_check_url_get_terms() in /home/brantle2/public_html/ordernowhtm/admin/includes/languages/english/index.php on line 30

Help! I have no clue what I did wrong and I HAVE to have this site up and running by Monday.... Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

To clarify more - I get the error when I go to the Zen Cart site and try to log in to admin - I can't log in
