Aaargh HELP! Some idiot has broken my database

Hi Folks, I have been trying to exclude a category from the new products section of my home page. I found a thread about it that Linda had written and rather foolishly tried to edit my database according to the instructions. I now get an error on my home page.:oops: The page in question is https://www.usedhifishop.co.uk. I have tried to undo the damage but can't remember how I got into the database in the first place :blush: I feel like a really stupid :censored:now, I'm a hardware guy and should have left it to somebody that knows what they are doing.
I would be extremely grateful to anybody that can lend some assistance, I want to go live on August 21st and have an awful lot to do before then.

:blush: OK, panic over, found the thread Linda wrote and managed to undo the damage. :blush:Think I will find someone that knows what they are doing before I break it again. In the mean time I will go back to hitting stuff with hammers.
