Method Not Set error in qbi_orders.iif file

Hi all =)

I am getting a method not set under the SHIPVIA column in the qbi_orders.iif file. I looked at the code, and am not understanding why it is giving me that error. My shipping methods are matched.

Please tell me what output you need for you to help me with this =)
