Fresh Install, Blank Page when I try to get to admin

I just installed Zen Cart v1.3.8a and everything thing went as it usually does. Now when I try to go to the store which is http://kbellaboutique.com I am able to see the default store. When I go to the admin, http://kbellaboutique.com/store/admin I get a blank page and when I view page source its blank. My configure.php files are both correct. Anyone have any ideas?
