duplicate cc transactions with transfirst transaction_central module

Hi folks,
I'm having sporadic problems with, what I assume is, the latest official Transfirst payment module called transaction_central.php. Over the last 10 days or so, we've had instances where a single zen cart order has 2 or three Transaction Central transactions listed on the Transfirst site. I assume it's the module because before the upgrade to this version we didn't have this problem.

This is the version and date string from the module:

Before I start poking around in the module I was hoping for some word from Networkdad or anyone else that may know what the issue is.

First I would like to apologize for your trouble! We have been actively developing the Zen-cart module recently, and have gone through many revisions. As of this post our module is at version 1.0.4.0. This module has been tested on 1.3.7 and up. My advice would be to update to this module. Furthermore it is TransFirst's honor and privilege to supply this module to the community. If you or anyone else needs assistance, Please don't hesitate to contact our Integrations Group. We have on staff, individuals who are more then willing and able to assist you. Please don't feel like you are alone on this. We truly can help. Currently we are expanding our module(s) to include.
ACH (Automatic Clearing House)
Automatic Recurring transactions (Card holder checks out and the card data is held at the processor for future charges)
Manual Recurring (Same as above, but can be used via Zen-cart admin.)
And much much more.

Just wanted to say that the Integration Department at Transfirst is great!

I just got off of the phone with them on another matter and they were able to confirm and clarify certain things with me. Very helpful, friendly, and professional. Got through to them with no hold time.
