Global set "Do not show quantity box"

Could someone give me an SQL command or some other way to change all products to "do not show quantity box?"

I imported a client's product listing from OSC, but it set all products to always show the quantity box. The store never has more than one of an item.

There's an option in Admin - Cofiguration - Display Product Add to Cart Button that deals with quantity boxes.

Thank you. I'd actually done that, but in reading the information for that setting, I realized that I'd missed:

Display Multiple Products Qty Box Status and Set Button Location

Which apparently overrides that if it is enabled.
