How do you retrieve pics from customers?

I got an order where the customer uploaded pictures so I can make their order. I have no idea where I go to view these pictures.

Can someone assist me asap!!!

These will be noted in the admin and in the /uploads folder if you have configured this correctly.

NOTE: Zen Cart assigns a unique name to the file that is different than wht the customer might have it named for the purpose of avoiding over writing by another customer that may have their upload file named the same

i.e. both use the name myimage.jpg the last uploaded would be the only one you get and the earlier one overwritten

Where do I find this folder? Can this be done in the admin section or must I go through filezilla (ftp) and get it that way? I thought that I would be able to view the order and it already have a link to the pic on it.

In the admin when looking at the order in the right column the original customer file names appear with the attribute name - new file name - original file name as:

Logo Front: 2. original_name.jpg

Where:

Logo Front: = Attribute Name
2. = new name prefix or for a jpg will be 2.jpg
original_name.jpg = customers file name

These by default are uploaded & renamed and in the /images/uploads folder and as you need more than just viewing them to use them in whatever your process is you can use FTP to retrieve them.
