New define page not showing up on my store

I added a new page using the about us add on from the downloads section. I changed the name of the page to the History of denim. I was able to edit the page in the Define page editor. However when I go to that page it is still blank, nothing has changed. It is also not showing up in Admin >Configeration > Define pages staus.

Any help on how to resolve this would be appreciated.

Did you check to see that all folders and files were uploaded, and all folders
in the contribution named MYTEMPLATE were changed to your template name?

It sounds like the includes/languages/html_includes/define_about_us.php
file failed to get uploaded. Did that myownself. :no:

OK I checked it out and the file is located there and it also shows the editing I done in Define Pages Editor.

So where do I look now for the problem?

OK everythings fixed and I feel like an idiot for not double checking the instructions. I had failed to edit the includes/extra_datafiles/about_us.php from:

TO:

// About Us Filename Defines
define('FILENAME_HISTORY_OF_DENIM', 'history_of_denim');
