Upgraded other software on my site, now my Zen Cart gives errors

I have recently performed an upgrade on an unrelated product that has killed a perfectly good Zen Cart install. The Zen Cart store has been running smoothly for months. Today I upgraded a Wordpress installation on the same site and database(updgrade to 2.6.1). Now any page passed the index page of the Zen Cart store fails with the following error. Wordpress works fine. All admin functions in Zen Cart appear to work fine.

Fatal error: Call to a member function add_current_page() on a non-object in /home/xxxxxx/public_html/xxxxx/includes/autoload_func.php on line 90

I have reviewed a couple of other posts referring to this error as well. The first mentions navigation_history.php file is corrupt or missing. I have checked this and the file appears to be in place and viewable.

Other posts suggested changing the code of line 90 of includes/autoload_func.php. I did try this as well, it did change the error that was produced but still did not fix the problem. I returned autoload_func.php to it's original.

some facts:

Zen Cart: 1.3.8a
php: 5.2.6
MySQL: 5.0.51a
HTTP Server: Apache/1.3.41 (Unix)

Re: Upgraded other software on my site, now my Zen Cart gives errors

I suspect that your WP upgrade has overwritten or changed one or more of your Zen Cart files.

I recommend comparing all your Zen Cart files against your backup copies of those files, to see which files have been damaged.

Re: Upgraded other software on my site, now my Zen Cart gives errors

Did you install the Wordpress automatic upgrade plugin to do this? I just had a client with the same problem, and when I deleted wpau from the plugins folder, that error went away.
