Billing and Shipping does not match

Hey guys... when I go to the zen cart admin page, it shows that I have 17 orders 'processing' but 0 on delivered.

When I click it, the reason it says is 'Billing and Shipping does not match'

The payment shipping is 'paypal free'

I believe this is messing up the total amount made on products because I can't find it anywhere. I want to see a total of all money made, so even though theyre able to download it (our entire store is JUST downloadable audio files), it appears that it's not going to the next step and hiding the total (is my guess)

Would someone explain this, and also if we should be using paypal express or another module (are those free)?
DrByte explained them but I was at a loss as to what he meant. At least someone could post me to an indepth thread. I have looked at the faq and don't understand it.

Important Facts about Download Settings
Downloads are NOT Virtual Products so use:
Product is Virtual: No, Shipping Address Required
Downloads are NOT Always Free Shipping so use:
Always Free Shipping: No, Normal Shipping Rules
Downloads in an order by itself will never see the checkout_shipping page ... if you do then your Product is setup wrong for Downloads
If not on a Windows server, meaning Linux/Unix, /pub should be 777 and Redirect should be ON
If you cannot use Redirect ON, ask your hosting site why they cannot follow the symbolic link between the /download and /pub directories
If on a Windows server, /pub does NOT need to be writable/777 as you do not use this directory; and Redirect is OFF as you cannot use Redirect
Download filenames should not use special characters, spaces and the like
Download files should be Zipped for best results and browser compatibility
Download files should be loaded to the /download directory
On the Admin->Catalog->Attributes Controller you should see a green dot next to the filename of the Download itself

Now, as far as PayPal is concerned, it would be a good system to use for downloadable products. It is free to set up, the instructions are fairly simple to follow, you only need to have a checking or savings account to register with them. (takes a few days to verify that you are the owner of the account for security). And there is good info here in this forum if you do a search for the word Paypal. You will find lots of different info on them, I use them, and have always had good luck with them.

All those settings should be taken care of.. I'm not sure if the shipping address shows up in the process, I'll have to ask. I do know that like i said, it keeps saying 'shipping and billing dont match' inside of the zen-cart statistics. theres red lights next to all of them (yet the people are successfully downloading)
