Big problem with my website.

Hi after messing up with my admin/index.php, i requested my hosting to restored my website to the last saved point. after restoring, the website is up and all contributions that was installed were working.

But unable to creates new account , error :

1146 Table 'simplyvc_zc1.TABLE_SUBSCRIBERS' doesn't exist
in:
[select count(*) as total from TABLE_SUBSCRIBERS where email_address = '[email protected]' ]
The last contribution that messed up was newsletter_subscribe_ver 209a but does not require to add table in database. Couldn't have mess up the database.

there is an extra config file from your latest module thats missing, thats all,

look through the files that were in the mod and look for the /includes/extra_datafles and pr /includes/extra_configure

and re add the file
