Change "Store Owner" to "Store OwnerS"

Hi all,

I'd like to change all instances of Store Owner to Store Owners, as there are two of us.

Mostly, I just want the email sig to reflect plural ownership, but figured while I was at it, I might as well make it a universal change.

I've looked around on the forum and in the tuts but haven't found any reference to this. I've looked through my various files, but can't seem to find where it's located.

Can anyone suggest the proper file to edit?

All output text is defined in language files, so search in Tools > Developers Toolkit for Store Owner - enter the string in the bottom left box, select all files and search. Use each variant of the text that you want to alter.
