Is there an option in Zencart to reset a customers password for them ?

No, the customer passwords are encrypted in the database. The customer can click the 'Lost Password' link to get a new one.

Actually, there is a way, but it is a mod you need to purchase. I had a problem of customers forgetting/losing their passwords and getting frustrated. Don't ask me why they didn't just reset it themselves.....
I purchased the mod and now I can reset their password myself.
