Firefox downloaded but I can't download Web Developer

I have downloaded Firefox...no problem. Now, I have tried to download the Web Developer by Chris. Unfortunately, the Web Developer is not downloading.

So, I followed the instructions for when you have install problems. It states to uninstall the extensions by the following:

Tools : Add ons : Extensions

When I get to the Extension...it is blank/empty. Therefore, I can't uninstall.

What am I doing wrong? I want to use the Web Developer to view the CSS as stated in the sticky.
