Trouble with Email Address Exporter

Hi there,

I'm wondering if someone can help me out here? I use a separate Group Mail program to send out newsletters to my customers and have been using the Email Address Exporter addon feature of my shop. Normally when I click on the feature it takes a little bit of time before I get to the page where it asks which addresses I want to export (ie: all customers, newsletter subscribers only, dormant customers, etc). Today when I click on the "Export Email Addresses" drop down feature it hangs up and times out. I tried leaving it go for quite some time (over half and hour) but it timed out without ever taking me to the page where I can select which files I want to export.

Like I said, this feature was working three weeks ago when I sent out my last newsletter but now does not work. I have not changed anything to my Zen-Cart, etc. I am running v1.3.8.

Any suggestions on what I should do to fix this problem and be able to export the new newsletter subscriber addresses?

You could try changing Admin->Configuration->Email Options->Show Audience Counts to off, so that it doesn't have to actually run the query for each of the pulldown choices before actually doing the export.

I have just downloaded that add-on, but I don't see it my pull down menu.... where should I have put it???:oops:
