navCatTabs question - How do I remove this bar?

Hello :-)

I would like to remove the navCatsTab bar as it is not something I want in the design, my category links will be in the side boxes and I do not like the look of the nav bar.

How do I remove it?

I can find it in the stylesheet.css, but not sure how to remove it.

admin -> configuration -> layout settings -> Categories-Tabs Menu ON/OFF (set to 0 to turn it off)
