How to do same product, 2 different pages, one page having an attribute

Hi all =)

I am working on a store that needs an item that is on two seperate pages, the public page will have no attributes, and the non-public page (for the companies personal orders) will have an attribute check box for a discounted price. They need to be linked together so they can keep the inventory count straight =)

How are you identifying the who is public and who is non-public?

Is the discount amount the same for all Products?

The public page will be active and the non-public page will be not active (so you can only access it through a seperate link)

The discount is not the same for each product.

Do any of the Products use Attributes on any of the Products for the public?

Yes they do. We sell lasers. And there is a color attribute for some of the items.
