Need Shipping and Billing address distinctively separate

Hello I am needing to have the billing address and shipping address on different sides of the page all laid out so it is easier for the customers to understand. I am looking to do exactly what is shown on this site

I know I know I know there is a button on the default checkout page and I have read through multiple threads on this issue but haven't came across the answer. The way this business operates is the client will enter their credit card info but it is not online processing. They will take that credit card information and do it manually into their system. So the billing and shipping address shouldn't make a difference if it the same or not. The owner just wants to make sure the clients do not get confused. Can someone help me out here please?

This isn't a feature of Zen Cart at this time ...

We will be looking into this in a future release when we redesign the checkout ...

Darn it...Is there anything close to it. I mean the button that you can click is really to change the billing address correct?

You only click the address button if you need to change the address ... if you are using the same address, then you just go on through the checkout without any changes ...

If the customer clicks to change their address on either the shipping or payment pages, they can easily set up different addresses for each.

Yes you are correct...My mistake. I double checked and I do see it is pretty simple. We will just have to leave it like this until something else comes out to where it is laid out a little different possibly. I have no problem with it just the owner would like it the other way. Thanks for your help though.
