Free Shipping for Bank Payments over $750. How to configure?

Hello,

I am running Zen Cart 1.3.7 and was looking for a solution to configure Zen Cart for the following scenario.

I like to offer free shipping for customers that choose to pay via Bank transfer and the order value is over a certain amount (preferably $750).

I have done some research in previous posts but obviously there is no solution for this yet.

Any help is much appreciated.
