Adwords and URL parameters and Auto-Tagging...

ok, guys I have a big problem here and it is giving me a big headache!!!

when I search this on google.com: 10530703

and click on our ad, it takes you to our google destination url:
http://midwestapplianceparts.com/refrigerator-freezer-65/amana-refrigerator-parts-156/amana-defrost-control-158/amana-refrigerator-defrost-timer-991.html

but then google Auto tags it (?clid) and changes it to:
http://midwestapplianceparts.com/refrigerator-freezer-65/amana-refrigerator-parts-156/amana-defrost-control-158/amana-refrigerator-defrost-timer-991.html?gclid=CPnqyueFrJUCFQgfswode2s8kQ

this makes our server crap out and give a 404:
Not Found

The requested URL /refrigerator-freezer-65/amana-refrigerator-parts-156/amana-defrost-control-158/amana-refrigerator-defrost-timer-991.html was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

If you go to our real desitnation url it works fine:

After an hour with google chat specialist, they say I have to turn off Auto Tagging and manually tag them, which will take TONS of TIME and will mess up my analytics account, or I can have my server ALLOW URL PARAMETERS.

I ask my server tech and they don't know what to do, so I am hopeing someon here can help....

FYI - we are using MAGIC SEO URLS
