Replacing attributes radio buttons with images

Hi all,

Does anybody have any idea how could I replace the radio buttons for selecting the attribute for a product with images ?

For example:

I have a 't-shirt' that I sell, but the 't-shirt' is available in 3 colors.
I have 3 different pictures of the 't-shirt' and I want to display them next to the main product picture. When I click on another attribute picture (color) the main image should change with large image of the selected color and if Add To Cart is clicked, the selected color should be added to cart.

Currently I have installed Ajax Image Swapper, but that functionality is not possible with it.

Please let me know if there is an easy way to do this, other than modifying the includes/modules/attributes.php file.

(My PHP skills are good, so I will accept techy responses)

Unfortunately, after a few hours playing with this add-on, I couldn't make it display only the attributes images, it was still displaying the radio buttons. Any ideas what configuration should I use to display only the attributes images and upon click, they should change the main product picture?

I like what you have done there but it seems as though you link this to your grid as well. Is his module available or can it be produced easily?

I'm using the product grid and wanted a way to show the grid along with another attribute showing the swatches, but the product grid crashes when you add mult attributes. I came across this mod that suits my needs. And the support is top notch.
