SQL: manually import customers and orders since snapshot before upgrade

Hi,

I'm now finishing the upgrade process and a new fresh install of my store but need a lil help. I imported my db to the new install but there is bunch of orders that have been made in the old store meanhile I was fixing the new store (another url and db) and naturally those are not in the new store db now.. Can I somehow manually import the missing orders and customers? I'm not really confortable with sql stuff so help would be appreciated. thanks!
