How do I change Newsletter Heading and copyright info?

I'm making newsletters to ppl, I need to know where to go to change the image from the Zen-Cart one to my Logo and how or which php file to edit "Copyright (c) 2008 Zen Cart. Powered by Zen Cart" to what I want to put there.

create a new logo and save it as header.jpg and upload it to the email folder.

This requires changes in two files:

includes/languages/english/email_extras.php

and

admin/includes/languages/english/email_extras.php
