changing title in existing store

I have aquired a webpage with a zencart. The store is a complete mess. What I need to change is the title on the tabs and top of the web page. It has the dates for 2007 I have been looking and I can't find where to change this. do I change it from admin? I use dreamweaver and there are so many files in the store it is making my head spin. the store is at http://www.winfieldcountryroundup.com/store/

First, stop using Dreamweaver. It's not really useful for Zen Cart.

You need a good text editor like Crimson Editor or Notepad++. Both are free from the net.

If you don't already have one, you need an FTP client like FileZilla (also free).

Assuming the version of Zen Cart is recent, you change that information in includes/languages/english/YOUR_TEMPLATE/meta_tags.php
