Special Shipping Needs..

Hey guys, thanks to everyone who helped me with my SSL certificate issues =)...but on to current problems.

I have a wholesaler for my church's website that does dropshipping at no extra charge. ( Dropshipping simply means that the wholesaler will ship products directly to my customers ).

Now, since I won't be taking care of the shipping I need to somehow calculate the shipping in the following manner:

My Wholesale Supplier:

For UPS Ground Orders:

If you charge your customers 12% of their retail total, with a minimum shipping charge of $7.95 per order, your shipping costs will be covered. This applies if you are selling at the suggested retail price.

So basically, how can I have there be a shipping option that simply starts with a base price of $7.95, and then adds 12% of their total?

Also, I have multiple wholesalers so this shipping method should only be available for products I get from them. Is there a way to pick and choose shipping options for individual products?

Setup Table Rate with 7.50 handling and 12% for the charge ...

Or, customize it to use just the 12% but then add a check on the amount and change to 7.50 if lower ...
