flat rate shipping + additional per item charge?

Can anyone guide me in getting a module for charging a flat rate + a small additional charge for each item ordered?

For example orders of 1 item have a flat rate of $4.00 and then each additional item is charged $1

I have searched through the forum and found something called "Clone" but not confident in doing it on my own or even if it would work.

Anyone else using something like this?

Thanks for any assistance you can give

Linda

Use the per item rate with a $3 handling charge and $1 per item.

Thank you so much for your quick reply! I have already changed this in my store and tested it out! It is perfect!

That works great, thank you so much for that !
