free shipping error

Hello I have configured my zen cart to offer free shipping only to a certain country(national) and when i clicked "estimate shipping" it shows "free shipping for orders over $0.00" which is great.

The problem is when i clicked "go to checkout", it says "Sorry, we are not shipping to your region at this time." so what's up with that?

Free Shipping freeshipper is actually designed as an all or nothing Free Shipping ...

For coders, this has been made to include the Zone setting for additional expansion, but it is really used as Free Shipping for everyone when the Order is a 0 weight order and 0 weight means Free Shipping or for when all of the Products in the Order are marked as Always Free Shipping ...

If you are trying to offer a Free Shipping alternative to the other shipping modules, where the other shipping modules still show, then use the Free Shipping Options freeoptions set up with your Zone and set the Total >= 0.00 so that it always shows to those in the defined Zone and the other shipping modules will show as well ...
