How can I Add ALT tag to categoryImgListing?

How can I add a alt that to: categoryImgListing - category image, so that the category name is the ALT tag for that image?

Okay in my subcategories
Okay look here, for the Main category image, under ACURA HID KITS

How do I make it so every main cat image in the code will have the ALT tag=the category name?
