Checkout and add to cart page blank

I Have tried reuploading new untouched pages to this area they still do not work.. I had the template help try to fix iut and they are just blaming it on zencart.. https://www.togtac.com when you click on add to cart or checkout the page is blank

I already tried all the s teps on the fAQ FOR BLANK PAGES
