Shopping Cart Instructions text

I've searched on the forums and the downloads but I can't find what I'm looking for. Does anyone have or know were to get a nice already written set of instructions for the shopping cart?

It is the text or instruction that the customer sees at the top of their populated shopping carts.

if you have an item added to the shopping cart.
