Coupon not subtracting

Coupon not subtracting

I have created a coupon for an items full price. When I test it and put the coupon amount in the cart it does not refleck the subtracted amount. I have the item for 147.00 and the coupon is for 147.00 but the balance does not show 0.00. I am running ver 1.3.8 on a lunix server all other functions work great. What am I doing wrong? I have the new account turned on and referral set at 1

If it doesn't show 0, what does it show?

I have figured it out. I was putting 100% and free shipping and That does not work together. Thank you for responding. I tried different combinations until it worked.
