Purple Lily - Better Categories problem

I have recently downloaded the Purple Lily Template which apparently comes with Better Categories Add On. As I'm new to all this I assumed it was as simple as dowloading the other templates and then adjusting them to suit. Made changes had it looking good and was just having a look around and testing it last night and when I clicked on the 'Home' button it takes me to a 'Better Categories' page. I tried changing back to the original template but this hasn't fixed the problem and now when I try and get to my site via the web address I end up on this 'Better Categories' page. I can still access my site through a saved link or a product, but not through my Home Page which of course means no-one els can get to it either. Can this be fixed and how do I do it. Any help would be appreciated.

It looks like the mod added an index.html file to the root of your site. If so, delete it and you should be good.
