Cart text

I would like to change all cart text to basket.
where would i find the php files to do this?

i have already changed the cart images used for buttons

Open your Admin> Tools> Developers Tool Kit, put the term you want to search for in the lower left hand input box, choose All File and click go - this will bring up a list of the files. Then just add those files to your custom template override & change.
