20 surefire ways to increase sales???

I downloaded this manual and it is great.

On page 17 it shows a 1 page checkout / user interface.

There are no instructions or directions for editing the checkout page to a 1 page model and simplifying the entire proess.

For those of you that do not know what I am talking about.
